Do not bank with these people. Tried to make a deposit into my sister's account with cash. Told me sorry I had to come in, then stand in line inside and they say no they do not take cash?!!!!!Wait what. A bank doess not take cash??? Go elsewhere

Forced to compete with DriveThru Customers if wanting to do Business in the Lobby. Oh, the Shiny Machines are nice looking BUT are Useless for my Types of Transactions. Guess they don't get a Pension when they wear out? Staff are "Obviously" Not-on-Board with the Automation Chase had Converted to. Don't even get me started on Chase Accounts Interest Rates - - - PITIFUL is putting it Politely! Get better rates on CHECKING (for which Chase doesn't even offer interest) at other banks than Chase offers on CDs.
