I asked the manager (Don) why I was only quoted for 6 days when I was renting the car for 7 days.
We received excellent service at this location. They navigated our insurance carrier and there was great communication on our rental. They work hard and fast and it was a stress free experience. Thank you!
We rent a car there for to days. Swung by there the afternoon before at the location to set things. The staff is so nice and friendly. Olivia explained each detail and answered all our questions. Awesome customer service. No issue at all with a German driver license. Explained that they will hold 350 $ on our credit card till we return the car and then release it immediately again and only charge the fee they told us. No bad surprises at all. The car was all nice and clean. A 2017 Jeep. They also told us that we only have to bring it back with the amount of gas as we got it AND if we wouldn't get gas and they would have to fill it up it would cost more than a regular gas station. There are actually signs on the counter saying that it costs more if Enterprise has to get gas back into the car. They also answered all our questions about ez tag in Texas and fees. Did a check up on the car before we took of with the car. They wrote down all scrates and stuff and did a second check up after we dropped it off. Result: perfect place to rent a car in Rosenberg / Richmond, Texas.
The original person who quoted me an additional $3.50 never explained to me any additional charges.
While I am waiting to talk to Don another customer came in with the same exact situation; he was told one thing from an employee and now is getting charged something else. Don said to him “I have one of those memories if we talked I would remember our conversations and I don’t remember anything about you”.
This location has the worst customer service, lack of training, and is very shady.
I ended up returning the car Monday evening. As they gave me the closing papers I noticed an additional charge of $24.
This was the first time I used Enterprise and I can truly say I was provided with EXCELLENT service. The staff was extremely fast and had GREAT customer service skills. They got me into a car fast and without any hassles. I will definitely be using them again!!!
As I was still expressing my concerns to the sales lady and the manager; the manager stepped outside to help another customer. Then I was rudely interrupted by the sales lady who said, "just wait to talk to Don because I don't feel like having to explain it again to him"

The sales guy assisting me told me I was getting charged the full seven days. He said for an additional $3.50 I can keep it the 7 days instead of 6.
This was the worst customer service ever. Very unprofessional. And this guy name Don who is the “manager” needs to go to some type of training on how to give good customer service.
