Quick and easy for a good no hassle car wash!
Vehicle was still dirty after wash. I request to go through again they said no I asked for my money back they said that it was going to take 3 to 8 business days to get the money back on my card and that they were going to send a report to corporate the guy was already saying that it was not going to Get approved by corporate and they were going to dismiss it and not get my money back at the time of the issue. I've been customer of blue wave since 2010 in the beginning they were really good and then in the last six months has been really horrible I've been noticing my vehicle coming out dirtier every time I will surely look for somewhere else to wash my vehicle like the employee told me to do. If I do get my money back in the timeframe they told me I will be contacting corporate and escalating the issue and want to get my money back just for corporate to have more attention in this location and improve it
The endless wave pass is a must. Unlimited washes for a flat rate per month. Problem is, this is like the only automated car wash in Richmond, so EVERYONE goes here. Lines are often out into the street and can take 30+ minutes to get in and out. Operating hours shift with Daylight Saving Time, so they are open an hour later in the summer. I am no fond of the new ammonia based wash though.
My truck is always clean when I leave here. I like how you can easily customize your wash and the vacuums are free.
I love this place! I've used it weekly since it opened and I've always been pleased with the outcome. Great prices and their wash process doesn't bing my car!
