My 4 daughters loved Ms. Amber, and said they want to keep coming here forever. Very nice staff, they were very patient with my girls, explained everything, answered all my questions, and made us all feel comfortable. I would so recommend them to everyone I know!!
On a recent follow up visit, I did not expect to have a procedure done the same day. My 3 year old son was with me and the staff was really accommodating to keep him entertained while I had some dental work done. They were very kind to him and he was entertained the entire time Dr. Nguyen, Dr. Tran, and Laura worked on me. By the way, if you have small children who need dental work, this is the place to go. My 3 year old son had his first dental cleaning recently. Amber was just awesome with him. She knew how to talk to and prepare him before she started the cleaning. He was calm and cooperative the whole time she worked on his teeth and he was not afraid at all. What a relief! So if you are looking for excellent service and genuine caring staff, this is the team for you. You will also be greeted by the lovely and friendly Tracy when you first walk into the office. They are such beautiful people inside and out.
I truly wished this would've been a different outcome as I was prepared to move my entire family here (6 of us) and recommend to family and friends in the area. So look elsewhere for your dental needs unless you want your time wasted and you don't mind giving away your money. Now I have the task of finding a dentist and writing this negative review as well as informing my insurance agency about this, I would've rather it have been a positive review.
This place wasted my time, I thought I was making the right choice and I'm glad I didn't go through with my appointment who knows how much more time and or money could've been wasted.
It's been a couple years I don't count but it's good that just sounded rude..
My children and I have been patients at the Rosenberg 5 Star Dentists for the past 6 years. There is nothing negative that I can find about the doctors or staff at this office. They are all so friendly, warm, and sincerely caring. We always feel welcomed and well cared for when we come into the office. Dr. M. Nguyen is awesome in every way from her skills to her "chairside" manners. A couple of years ago I was going through a rough divorce and she noticed that I was tearful and sad, so she gave me some tissues and pulled up a chair next to me to talk with me. That meant so much that she took time to listen to me and encouraged me. Dr. Nguyen and her staff are very personable and I could not ask for a better team to take care of me and my kids. She also took care of my teenage son's braces and now he has a beautiful smile to be proud of. =)
Today the day of the appointment I decided to call them and again confirm that they were in fact going to do xrays and work on some of my cavities. I'm so glad I called because she in fact said she had scheduled me for a hygiene appointment and then she informed me that the dentist may not be able to work on my cavities, rather then argue and further waste my time I said I would just cancel my appointment and find another dentist that can work on what is more important to me and that's my cavities not a cleaning. Before hanging up she did inform me my insurance would expire in August, which I already knew.
I was in a lot of pain and scheduled an emergency appointment. It was a waste of my time and xrays. All they did was give me a treatment plan. Although the staff was very nice, they did not give me any pain medication to help with the pain. So I have to continue to endure this horrible pain that is causing my head, ear, and nose to hurt as well!! Now if I go to another dentist, I have to pay them $25 for my xrays!!
I called this location and made my appointment. At the time of making my appointment, I told the person answering the phone that I did not want my teeth cleaned. I said it several times during the telephone conversation. I said I needed xrays and cavities filled and that one of my fillings was sensitive. I said I would get the cleaning done at another appointment. I mentioned I was breast feeding and that I didn't have a lot of time to spare.
