Just called for a refill, staff member said "I don't know what the general public thinks, maybe Pharmacy's should just dole out drugs for free to you people" this was for a refill of Blood Pressure meds.
The physicians, physician assistants, and nurses here are excellent. The staff is courteous, friendly and always willing to help in whatever way possible. My family and I have counted on STMC for over 10 years and we'll never go elsewhere. No "snobbery" or "better than thou" attitudes here. It's patient-centered care provided on a personal basis.
