Cristina is very helpful and always on top of my policy. I dont know why people are talking mess about this insurance. If you dont have money to pay your bill, then dont drive... anyways, i think that they are one of the best in town and they gave me a really good rate, even as a younger driver, i still have better rates than some of my friends.
I love this place. It feels like a 2nd home. They always give that warm southern hospitality, the true embodiment of "Texas spirit". Ray and Lita have a great attitude and have been on top of everything for me since day one. Rod just blows me away with all the knowledge and a course Christina, very beautiful and talented young lady. Also the 2 other guys they just hired has really brought in some young and youthful spirit. I am so #Blessed to have them in my city!
This insurance agent does what it wants and does not have any customer service. People working in the office does not do what they are supposed to and in the end it will cost YOU money! If you can find another agent please take my advice and do so!!!
