Do not shop at this location. They don't care about you as a customer or about their quality of service. They messed up my husband's ring two times and after more than a month, we still never received the correct ring.

If it were possible to leave negative stars here I would. I have had my wedding set for about 6 years now and it gets inspections every 6 months no problem. I asked my husband to drop my ring off for its maintenance (we ALWAYS go to the Zales in the mall...mistake straying from that) This time he took it to the Outlet in Rosenberg. I was not there so I cannot speak to the customer service for this transaction. However 6 days later when my ring was "ready" I went up there. First of all, the short hair blonde was standing outside smoking a cigarette, clearly saw my husband and I walk into an another store and proceeded to stay out there an additional 5 minutes while we wait in an empty store. Then when she finally decided to come in and do her job my ring is dumped out of a baggie and handed over to me with no inspection, nothing. Leave the lovely store only to get into my car and see a diamond is missing, now I get stuff happens, but no one did ANY type of inspection before handing it over. They once again send it off for more repair, and I pick it up today. This time I got to encounter the lovely manager of the store (who turns out was there the whole first encounter but decided to not get up and acknowledge any customers until he heard there was a problem) Boy is he a charmer, I asked him what their policy was of inspecting rings before someone walks out with it...he gives me snarky attitude and basically tells me the diamond fell out on the way to the car, I also asked about being left in the store alone while his employee smoked, he said nothing, offered NO apology whatsoever for the complete incompetence of his staff and store. Will NEVER return to this terrible establishment.
We started out with this store to purchase wedding bands for each other for the first time in 15 years. We both chose simple bands; me a white gold plain band and him a cobalt simple band. We had to have my ring sized to a larger size and his had to be ordered in his size. The girl who handled our sale messed up the "repair orders" before we even finished the transaction and had to start over. That should have been the first clue.
We were supposed to receive both of our rings withing 3 weeks, by the end of December 2016. They were our christmas presemt from my sin and father-in-law. I got my ring right after Christmas but....they messed up my husband's order. His ring was supposed to be ordered, new, in his size but the sales girl had the ring from the store case sent to be sized instead of made. This meant they had to start over and reorder his ring to be made in his size...again. Another 3 weeks. Then we get a call a week later that his new ring was in. Wow! Great! Go all the way there, 45 min drive, and they hand us the original store case ring that had been sent to be sized the first time. We weren't happy. We were told that it came back because we had already paid for it and they could not keep it in the store. We had to take it with us and sign for delivery even though it wasn't right. We still had the correct ring on order, supposedly but they couldn't provide anything for us to have on-hand as proof of that. So we took this huge ring that my husband could only fit on his index finger home with us. Another week passes and we get another call that the correct ring is finally in. We drive 45 min there again and hope we will finally get the ring we paid for a month before. Nope. They had the correct finger size but apparently someone decided that they would reduce the width of the ring to a female's width because they assumed that such a small size must be for a woman. No indication to us or even a heads up that they are just going to make changes to the ring's width just because they have a stereotype of how big a man's finger should be. So now, we can either accept the skinny ring in the right diameter or reorder it again in the right width and diameter. We chose to return the whole purchase of his ring right then. If we had had the receipt for my ring then, that would have been returned also. And it still will be, next week. The manager of this store knew of the issues and did nothing to assist us or try to make it right. He sat in the back and let a new sales girl handle a return for a month long screw up on their part. He fired the first sales girl for "making mistakes" to include our order but he never fixed the mistakes with us. We will never shop here again and recommend anyone who does be very weary of their ability and competence to complete an order with accuracy or care of the customer.
