Everyone is very friendly, and my driver was very sweet and humble.
Rosenberg DPS is well organized and staff was friendly and helpful. We came in for TDL replacement. In and out within 30 minutes. Ample waiting room area. Big screens to view easily and audible notification on ticket numbers. When you walk in, you are greeted with the ticket generating kiosks and directed to obtain necessary forms on the ticket you are given. There are desks to write on but not many seats available at the time we came in. No biggie. Plenty of seats in waiting area. Definitely a nice place. Would highly recommend!
If you need to get your license, I highly recommend making the drive to this center.
Amazing place, best DPS!
We parallel parked, backed up in a straight line and then you will be guided to drive through a neighborhood. After, drive back to the dps and then they will tell you if you passed! (I hope this helps someone)

I got to this location at 9:50 am on a Wednesday. They have a nice and easy check-in system: kiosk, then an area with tables to fill out any necessary forms, then nice waiting area. They have about 30 stations. I was in and out in under 20 minutes! The service was decent as well; not life-changing but not horrible either.
Professional and knowledgeable staff! Once you actually get to the desk to handle your transaction it is very speedy and efficient. The service is 5 * however, the wait time is way too long. I liked it better when they had a Mobile App so you knew where you were in line and you could request more time. They took that away... the wait time is longer. Also the bathrooms were disgusting! They should have someone on staff to clean them due to the volume of people!
Best and fastest DPS I have ever gone to. I once waited at an other DPS for four hours before just to get checked in! I came here for a driving test and got out in 15 min. It was a 40 minute drive from my house but it was definitely worth it, considering this location has 45 stations while the one near me only has 5. Definitely recommend here.
