Service was terrible!!!!!
We flagged him down again to ask for more salad and again asked for the breadsticks, but her said it would be another 2 to 4 minutes. He brought the second salad, but never did bring the breadsticks. My friend complained to someone at the hostess station, and Carlos came back to the table and said he just wasn't fast enough to get the breadsticks before the other waiters got them. Then he wanted us to pay our check electronically, but that didn't work, so he ended up doing it the traditional way. Then he asked if we wanted breadsticks to go. We declined. This is not the type of service I expect from Olive Garden.
After awhile, we flagged down our waiter, Carlos, and asked for the breadsticks. He said they would be there soon, they were still in the oven.
Arrived at 7pm on Thursaday, had crowd waiting on lobby,choose the bar area to dine.Had the best service from Alexandria.
Food was served hot, Alexandria kept our water and coke filled .Best service we have ever had from this location.
We sat for 15 minutes at our table. Not one server came to ask us what drinks we would like let alone what we wanted to eat. Even after my husband got up to ask if we had a server. On our way out the door we asked to speak to the manager. Meeting the manager explained why the service was so bad!!! Her only response to my complaint was a muffled careless, "I'm sorry" and nothing more. She couldn't even look me in the eye when she spoke. So frustrating!!!
I have eaten here a few times, but tonight the service was terrible. My friend and I ordered the soup, salad and breadsticks. We got the soup, and a big bowl of salad but no breadsticks or salad plates. We solved the salad plate problem ourselves by using the plates under the soup bowls.
The food was awesome! Our waiter Alex was so attentive and kind! Haven't had a good waiter at any restaurant like Alex in a while! He's a keeper!
Not the best Italian food I've had. The quality of the food has gonna down. The service was good but the food sucks
