Thieves. Upon starting work at the house, I suggested what part might need to be replaced. The tech stated the part was not bad. After two hours of searching for an issue, he decided it was in fact the part in question. It took 10 minutes to change a $28 part, and as a result I was charged $300. I would not recommend that anyone use them.
Howell services replaced my gas line and did an excellent job, very professional. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing and A/C needs.
Howell plumbing replaced our interior galvanized pipes with copper. They gave us a fair, good price and the work performed was efficient. Cleaned up after themselves very well, took the time to answer questions and concerns completely. Very professional and considerate workers and management.
We noticed our hot water was luke warm so I called Howell Services. We have used them on AC repairs and plumbing problems in the past, and their work has always been top notch. Jason arrived as scheduled, and quickly diagnosed the problem as a clogged burner. Jason cleaned the burner, and then checked the other hot water heater to be sure it did not have the same problem. Job well done Jason!! Howell provides quality service at a fair price so we know who we will call again for problems in the future.

My furnace check was a very pleasant experience -- technician was on time, worked quickly & efficiently, and was very personable. He provided suggestions, but there was no sales pressure. I signed up for the winter & summer checks for what I consider to be a very reasonable price. And, I even appreciate the Christmas cards I get from Melissa for being a customer! Highly recommended.
