A few months ago we had Holden Roofing come out to assess a leak in our roof after a bad hailstorm in April. They were incredibly helpful, and when they came to assess the damage decided that we had enough problems that our insurance company would probably agree to replace the roof entirely.
Very professional team, both the sales people and the crew who came to install the roof. Drama free and they finished the roof on time!

Since the new roof was installed, we have had more rain in Houston, and we haven't had a single problem. Without this roof, we would have had some serious flooding.
If you have any roof damage, or need any roofing done at all. Please call this company. They will give you a beautiful roof in no time, and you won't have to go through any of the usual contractor unpleasantness. They are awesome!
I honestly cannot recommend Holden enough. I've had my fair share of dealing with contractors in the past. and they are by far the most easy to work with and helpful. They were always available during the process to answer questions and they kept their word and were on time. He made the whole thing so easy.
After Ike hit in 2008, I called Holden Roofing to come out and give me an estimate. A crew (all do not speak English) came out with a supervisor name Phillip Earnest. They advised me that the cost will just be the deductible and the insurance company will pay the rest. However, after spending 2 minutes on the roof, Mr. Earnest said he needed to get the crew to patch the cracks right away and the cost is only $2000 (of which he told me the insurance will reimburse me). He also said they will come back to replace the roof and deduct the patching job cost from the total cost of the roof. The "patching" job took all of 10 minutes. They left and the next week when it started to rain, I had several leaks. I called them back (4 times) and they promised every time to come back but never did. Finally I decided to use another roofing company. The job was done (I also called Holden and told them) and about 2 weeks later a person named Randy called and said they want a check for $14,000 for the cost of the roof. I told them the job was done and he threatened to take me to court. I told him to go ahead but they never did. This is a scam company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR ROOFING NEEDS!!! THEY WILL BE HAPPY TO RELIEVE YOU OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WHILE GIVING YOU NOTHING IN RETURN.
During the demo they even found places of the plywood that had rotted over the years that had just been covered over by the previous roof. The crew cut out and replaced all of the rotted areas for us. They were really professional and didn't leave a single piece of trash on my yard when they were done.
When the adjuster came out, they went up on the roof with him, and within the hour, we were getting a new roof. Holden arranged it so that literally the next day he had his crew here and they managed to completely demo the old roof and replace it within a single day. It was unbelievable!
