This might be a small place with little room to sit in but the food is amazing. The tacos are made with fresh tortillas(you can literally see the lady making them in the back). The meat choices and breakfast tacos are great. Their barbacoa tacos are my personal favorite. They also sell Mexican sodas and they have a great variety of Pan Dulce (Mexican sweet bread). This place is by far my go to place to eat tacos especially on a Saturday morning
When I took my friend who moved here from San Antonio, as he was having his lunch, he got mad at me. I asked him what was wrong? He said, why didn't you bring me here before?! He had gone to different places, but couldn't find authentic Mexican food. He said it tasted like his grandma's. I love the fresh tortillas that they make themselves. I love the different varieties that you have at your disposal. I love the soup there... I think it's called Caldo De Res. Authentic food, authentic people. I highly recommend it.
Only place I like to eat chiles rellenos, cause I know they are made the same day. Great tacos
Awesome tacos with homemade tortillas. Authentic Mexican tacos. Gets packed and not a lot of space to sit down but worth the wait.
Authentic Mexican food, chicken ground beef or carnitas tacos, caldo and Carne guisada. Hands down, best Arroz I've ever had. Also delicious Mexican sweet breads. You cannot beat their prices. Don't let the dive style storefront deter you from eating here!
