On my way out of town for the holidays I drove 45 minutes before I stopped at the Panera Bread I like and asked the attendant for a specific cinnamon roll and even joked that I wanted the one with extra glaze on top and pointed at the bread only to get what she chose, placed it in a paper bag and handed it to me. The message was loud and clear without saying a single word, “here lady, get out of my store, you ask for too much!” Really Panera it doesn’t take too much to keep your customers happy, it’s simple, L I S T E N to your customers!!!! You could’ve had a very happy client but your sloppiness ruined my breakfast!! Rosenberg TX store check # 493835
Wow....just wow. It's like pulling teeth to place an order on the phone, the teenagers working there talk to you like you're an idiot when you ask a simple question. And this place is probably the only one that delivers but refuses cash payments. No phone in orders or cash allowed at panera bread. They'll have you place your entire order and be completely rude the entire time before they let you know too. This place is awful just get a pizza delivered if you want legit delivery. It's obviously a completely new system that is far too complicated. I even offered exact change and a tip and they said no. As a mom home with a sick baby and no car, they do not value me as a customer.
A must try place. If your on a diet maybe not the best place due to their awesome sweets.

NO STARS!!! When I went up to order in the drive through in the morning (mind you there was no cars ahead of me)no one greeted me I said hello twice waited then honked, still no answer. So I pulled up to the window and honked. A employee approached me and took my order then the manager came to see and she had a head set on! WAS SHE EXPECTING ME TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE? IT'S LIKE SHE DIDN'T EVEN HERE ME AT THE INNERCOM. However I told the employee what I wanted and they brought it out shortly. It was a Caesar salad I had asked for extra dressing but the manager who made my salad just put dressing all over the salad, and gave me dressing in the containers but not even halfwhalfway full. By the time it was lunch time at work my salad was all SOGGY I WILL NEVER RETURN TO ANOTHER PANERA AGAIN!!!! AND THEY GAVE ME A BURNT PASTRY !!
