Love the food, cold
my wife and I went here for dinner tonight. The hostess seemed confused on which table to sit us at. Should it be at the one with plates all over it, or the one with the remains of the last persons food all over the floor. She chose to sit us at the one with the food all over the floor. We sat the for over 10 minutes and no server even acknowledged our existence. As we walk out I told the server "10 minutes and no one even took a drink order. No thanks we will take our business on the other side of 59 to Buffalo Wild Wings." Both the servers stood there and laughed. This place is a joke.
The service was horrible. The waiter brought drinks, took order, and brought food. We never seen him again until we asked for the check. Did not get refills on drinks, forks, no colors with children's menu, and no thank you at the end of the meal. The food was good but cold. The dinning area was pretty empty so there was no reason for lack of service.
I don't know if the time of day has anything to do with it, we came late in the evening on a Sunday. Our waitress I believe was Shea and she was extremely nice and the service was fast. Manager was very friendly as well. Absolutely no complaints. Will definitely come back.
We had an awesome experience. Today was our first time to go there. The food was amazing and the service was over the top! My family has found our new favorite wing spot. Our waitress Schanae went above and beyond to take care of us. I highly recommend that you request her as your server.
