The only reason I am giving more than 1 star is because the waitress was nice. The food was alright. But we were put on a small table where i plates could barely fit, granted we could have asked to move. It took like 45 minutes for our food to arrive and we didn't even have silverware, but the waitress explained that they run out sometimes so that's not her fault.
Well this use to be a great place to eat. Must be a change in management or cooks but it’s gone from excellent to sucks. Being a veteran we decided to go for a nice dinner on Veterans Day. Service was sub par. Table of drunk arrogant guys cussing like sailors with several tables of children around. Management USE to visit your table but not anymore, they would have seen the nasty steak and over drenched salad nobody ate nor did the server ask what’s wrong. Definitely a horrible experience

Today's experience at Texas Roadhouse was like no other, thanks to our server Alana. She did an outstanding job. The service that we've received in the past was always mediocre and that is why we always opted to order out. I'm glad we met Alana today. She went above and beyond her duties to make sure we had an excellent experience. She is a true professional and I will always ask for her when my family and I return. Because of her we were in and out within 30 minutes. Our steaks were perfect. She couldn't have done a better job. Keep up the good work and thank you for the experience.
Had a really good Prime Rib. Baked potato all the way was really tasty. You can get just about any steak you want.
The soft hot rolls they bake there is something to come for if nothing else!!
