Needless to say I will NEVER be returning to besbuy mobile as the help there is incompitent. I would recommend some training for the Best buy mobile staff. If you're going to purchase a phone don't consider this option. Order online or visit a corporate store for your carrier.
The mobile department is full of idiots. I arrived at the store to pick up a phone and someone proceeded to help me then come to find out he didn't even work in the mobile department. After he gathered all of my information and asking his Co worker to sign into the system for him (which did not work) I was told that it would be just a moment and I'd be helped.
One hour later someone aproches me to help me. We get started on the transaction. He is clueless and has no idea what to do after I explained what I wanted to do 3 times to him. After we finally got that straightened out he starts to process my order, ran my credit 3 times, triggered a fraud alert and was no longer able to do the transaction.
Shumaila helped us so fast and efficiently. We went in just to pick up a car charger in a rush. She grabbed it for us and checked us out. In and out in less than 5 minutes!
Customer service was great. Went in to look at dryers. Found one I wanted and I paid for it and they loaded it within ten minutes.
