Located in Rosenberg, TX the hotel has been kept in good condition and was recently remodeled a few years ago to the current Marriott design language. Rooms are all suites and spacious. Breakfast is free and is better than average. They have more variety of fresh fruit and other selections. Overall, would stay again.
Very nice setting clean people are courteous has a handicap area front and back entrance handicap very quiet very nice.
The location is nice because it has an outlet mall next door. Our room was clean but had fresh paint in our closet with a strong paint odor. We stayed on Thanksgiving and they were booked so we had to stay in that room, but then they switched us to another room the next day.
Room was larger, King bed with large shower, no tube, which we liked. Separate toilet. Decent size TV. Plus couch which had a trundle bed. Good Breakfast included. Near shopping center but can't be seen from highway, but that is common in Houston area. Enjoyed our stay.
Clean and comfortable. Not too quiet because of the train passing by 24/7. Breakfast is abundant and staff very friendly.
