3 days ago and I still can't do laundry at home.
Husband was unable to return an item with a receipt because according to policy his ID was linked to too many returns. It seemed fishy so my husband continued to ask questions because he felt there may have been a mix up since he hasn't been to Lowe's in months. Instead of a simple explanation, he got an attitude from the CSR. He requested to speak to the Manager. Management is substandard. She came with the same attitude. It was borderline "ghetto". Clearly not management material. They wouldn't even tell him the date of his last return. Things didn't line up and all he asked for was an explanation. It turns out the two women he dealt with were Doretta and Terry when I called back for names. I guess they believe the have the right to claim to be a manager to customers. We will never shop here again nor will refer our customers to this store. Way to treat your Veterans!
I have had to wait at home for the last 48 hours and it still not working. Terrible and I will not be shopping there anytime soon.
I was told there were 7 bronze shower rods listed as being in stock. I drove all the way to the Richmond, TX store to get one. When I arrived none could be found. The computer numbers do not match the actual stock in the store.

I live within a few miles of this store. Up until about a year ago, they had far too few sales associates. Their customer service was so bad that I drove about 4 miles (freeway) to get to Home Depot. However, I found myself in a time crunch about a year ago and had to go to Lowe's for the sake of time. I was shocked at the level of customer service available in the store. It was, as has been every since then, a pleasant shopping experience. I work in the IT industry and to be frank, I often don't know exactly what I needed when it comes to hardware and lumber. So I often need someone to help me find a solution to a problem and show me what I need to implement the solution.
