Just went into McCoy's 4pm on a Tuesday. 4 employees were present and I was the only customer. No one greeted me, no one asked if I needed help. I went to back of store to look at lumber. Needed 1x3x6 Poplar boards. Bin was empty. I walked back to front and made eye contact with all 4 employees. None acknowledged me nor asked if I found what I was looking for nor did they thank me for coming or say goodbye as I left. Shame, I used to like McCoy's. Guess I'll go to Home Depot
We were helped as soon as we came in. I didn't know a thing about a screen door but an associate named Roderick was a huge god send!! ☺
I came to find hard wood to build a butcher block and though at the time they didn't have what I needed, Charles and Ricky went above and beyond to talk to me, give other ideas, and called 6 venders for me right away to find what I needed. I am always doing DIY's so I will be back because the customer service was superb! Thank you Charles and Ricky for your help!
Very nice workers. Helped me load up. Walked me right to what I was looking for.
Very attentive and knowledgeable staff. They have great displays for picking out product. I can always find what I need here especially when the bigger box stores don't have it. I will now do nearly all my shopping here for my whole house rebuild.
