The usual... you can search for what you need or search for a Home Depot employee to assist you and you're lucky if you find either one.
I'v worked for two different Home Depots, this is by far the worst retail store ever. The store manager is never around, and when he is the guy walks around like a scared little KID. He has no clue what is going on in his house/the store. I was overnight freight supervisor for this store, and this a**hole wouldn't talk to me for months & then gives me a Christmas Card in the middle of February!!! The district managers are a even bigger joke all they care about is you making them look good on twitter. They beg you to be on twitter.
The store is a mess, you cant even walk down some aisles to get what you need. The Garden department is the ugliest part of the store.
The theft here is a big problem, it should be called Free Depot. The L.P. helps people steal, from district leads to regular customers, it's sick!!!! And receiving leaves their back door open with a magnet. Come on in!!

I can definitely see why this store only has a 3.8 score. Most of the employees acknowledged us however, when it came time to check out, the self check out girl was much more interested in getting the receipt machine working on one of the computers than she was assisting customers. When I asked her if we could get the military discount at self checkout, she looked annoyed and said yes. We finished ringing up our stuff and then had to wait for her to get to a stopping point to out in our discount at her register. She then went back to the receipt machine and didnt bother telling us the discount was applied. We realized that ourselves when we looked back at our screen. She was very unfriendly, and any positive reviews we would've given was ruined by a disgruntled employee.
I've been to this store several times. The only times I leave happy is when I don't have to interact with anybody there. Today I went to rent the flatbed truck. I parked right beside it! When I went to the front desk I was told by some guy that it wasn't available. I told him that it was right outside and he said that someone had already leased it. I called about 30 minutes later to see if I could reserve it. The same guy told me that it was a first come-first serve system and that it was available. I told him that I had been there half an hour earlier and that he told me that it wasn't available. He said that he probably didn't know the truck was there. I told him that I had mentioned seeing the truck right outside!! He said that he probably got confused or something. (???)
