Ask for your receipt, and remember how much is your order , the drive through cashier was try to pocket the different, when tell me my combo $6.30 , when it's only $5.40 , even when I came to window I ask him again , I only want size small it's still $6.30 ? He say yes and took my money and go away , when he came back I ask for receipt he automatically say I thought you want onion rings that's why it's $6.30 , when order we only talk about size small and combo nothing else . Wonder how much extra he make in 5 hours from random customers? Try call store to warn the manager but phone is go to fax machine. Good luck to store owner , now I know why they empty most of the time .

Spent over 30 mins in drive thru just to pull up to speaker at 9:32pm and them to tell me sorry we just closed. They didn't even try to reconcile the issue, even though there website says close at 10pm. Pregnant wife at home waiting for food and they close with no sympathy. Worst customer service ever, I will be reporting this to corporate office as well. If I could give them a negative rating I would. (Few days later) After reporting issue corporate did indeed call me back and apologized for their employees mishaps, also gave me an credit for my time. They didn't have to do that, but that shows me that they do care about their customers. That's great customer service there, for that I changed my rating and opinion about Carls Jr.
I usually love this chain however I showed up 15 minutes before close and the guy turned me away. I just wanted something sweet that they didnt even have to make and was told my money wasn't good...
