Fast food is not fast anymore. Period. Everytime you go into a Whataburger, it's like the people dont know how to read, or they just simply don't care. The food is never prepared thw way you want it... Crispy bacon is never crispy... Extra onion, no pickels to them means" this isn't Burger King...you'll get it our way or you wont get it at all"... And you almost always have to take it back to get it done right... And even then, sometimes they don't do it right. My God people... If you don't like your job, get another one!!!!!

I love me some Whataburger, but for the first this location in Rosenberg, tx off 59. I don't if their employees have a hearing problem, got my boyfriend order wrong, our food was cold, my fries were hard,. Had to say my bf order twice and still didn't get it right... make sure before you leave there check your order.
Overall great. Employees are always greeting everyone in a respectful manner and attending customers with respect. The Food is awesome and tasty as well. Would definitely recommend going there.

I moved near this whataburger a few months ago. I've been there about 10 times and my order has been wrong 10 times. One visit I had to ask them to correct it 4 times before they got it right. Someone actually said to me "oh you're the person who doesn't like burned chicken". Like everyone else wants burned chicken. I've never been to any other fast food restaurant where it is virtually impossible to get what I ask for. Nice people. Totally incompetent.
