When I asked him why did I need to replace them he said they were bad. I asked how can they go bad when they are new? 2 months old to be exact. His response was “ I don’t know”

I took my vehicle in to get the water pump replaced, it is recommended to replace the timing belt all at once.
They did the work and the next day the car start to misfire. I had another mechanic look at it and was told to take it back to Gonzalo at Fort Bend Auto Service because the timing was not done correctly. I called Gonzalo and told him the car was not running correctly and that I had another mechanic look at it and the mechanic told me the timings as not correct . Gonzalo told me to bring the car in. I took back the car and he said that the timing was ok and that I needed to replace the spark plugs and wires . I explained to him that those parts were replaced two months ago and I had receipts and a warranty when I purchased them .

Well he charged me another $45 which no explanation to why we needed to replace these parts!
