This place has great customer service the gentleman at the front gave me great conversation while I waited for an oil change now Firestone at Brazos town center and national tire and battery had a 5 hour wait before they could get to me at 7:30a on a Saturday. I️ called meineke and they had me in and out in 20 minutes
tried to rip me off. needed simple job done didnt want to give me price until after he worked on it. Very unprofessional.
Tried to redeem a coupon and they would not take it. Fair enough, I guess, as the fine print said "participating locations." But I had made an appointment online and mentioned the coupon and they made no objection then nor did I get a phone call explaining that they would not take the coupon. I guess a single star is fair as the attendant was nice about it, but I wasted time and gas.
I love this place. Time after time again, they have great prices and quality work.
