I was looking for an SUV since I needed a larger car to haul things since my house was flooded by Hurricane Harvey. I saw an SUV on Elephant Auto Group's website that was a great price compared to other dealers. I called and Twann was a very big help. I worked out an excellent deal over the phone with her and came in the next day to see the car. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. Jose and Kal helped me with the purchase process of my car. They were very fast and efficient and took care of everything to get me into my car as quickly as possible. They even filled it up with gas and detailed and washed the car. They even offered me a great price for my car I wanted to trade in. I'm very happy with my experience with Twann, Jose, and Kal. I definitely recommend them!!!

Dc and twann are great! They were able to get me in a 2015 nissan altima even with my bad credit and a low down payment, although the interest rate was extremely high:/ but at least they took the time to actually help me drive off with a car that day instead of like these other car lots who promised me a car then waisted my time!
