It was a great atmosphere at this dealership! Myself and my daughter in law were treated with great respect! We had been to several other dealerships that day, but were not treated as if they thought we (2 women) were actually there to purchase a car. At Finnegan, they treated me exactly the same had I been there with my husband. Everyone in the building made a point to stop in the salesman's office and shake my hand and introduce themselves and tell me 'Thank you for buying a car from Finnegan!' It was a great buying experience and I am pretty sure my next car will be from them also!
Surprisingly painless and hassle-free experience! I had never purchased a Chevrolet before and expected a bit of high-pressure sales tactics and after-the-sale-Finance-Manager-extended-warranty-and-window-tint hustle. Experienced nothing of the sort. James Smith was super easy to deal with and the Finance Manager (Rob?) was totally straightforward. Depending on how the car turns out I will definitely keep in mind this dealership for later purchases and/or recommend to others. Thanks!
I brought my car in for a tire inspection and although I was there a few hours, Andre made the experience a great one. He was very accommodating and checked on me frequently to make sure I was still comfortable. He even got my car washed and vacuumed before I left. Finnegan GMC always great customer service but Andre service was exceptional. Thanks again.
