The service representative are very pleasant to interact with during my visit. The staff who are providing the repairs or services need to improve on quality results
From the minute I pulled in to the lot, I was treated like an old friend. Sal Hernandez was very kind in his greeting and by updating me on the maintenance schedule that my Jeep needs. He listened to my concerns and had comforting, knowledgeable answers.
In the past our experience with their service department has been awful. This time was better. The vehicle was ready on time and didn't need to go back to be reserviced.

This is a separate review only on the service department. After being sold a Jeep Wrangler from there it was obvious that it was just thrown on the lot and not checked at all. We called the service department and spoke with Chris. I will say over the phone he came across as annoyed but in person was great and even had all the repairs done a few days sooner than expected. He even had us go to lunch and come back when he noticed the car had not been cleaned. He made the buying experience much less painful.
