We got a new Kia recently as our old car got totaled during hurricane Harvey. The whole experience was great. Especially Arseniy ( the sales associate) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and got us a great deal. Would highly recommend this dealership and its staff.
Dani was waiting for my arrival, car I had asked about cleaned and parked out front for me. Test drive was great, pricing and trade were quickly agreed to and car detailed for delivery while we visited. Closing was quick and we were on our way in our new car with smiles! This is our 2nd new car from Fort Bend KIA, first one we kept 10 years and I expect the same for this one!
The second time I went, they were supposed to call me back. They never did. The next day I went to a Honda dealer and bought a car.

I have bought many cars previously at dealerships in Houston and none of those experiences have been as pleasant as the one at Fort Bend Kia. We lost 4 vehicles during Harvey and finally had a chance to replace one. My salesperson was Rod Melloul and he helped me during my purchase of the 2018 Kia Soul. He explained everything thoroughly and was not a pushy salesperson. He made the process less stressful and even texted me to be sure I got home safely! His manager was also very pleasant. This dealership feels like a small family and treats you with respect and smiles. I LOVE my Kia Soul!!! And I will only buy from Rod at Fort Bend Kia :)
