Had a wonderful experience working with Debra, Ryan & Steve for the purchase of our 2018 Honda Odyssey. We used to visit the service center for our previous 2013 Honda Odyssey and were extremely happy after trying the service department at Gillman Honda Houston location (which I would rate a one star). Debra was really great to work with and also brought me lunch, while I was waiting at the dealership to meet with finance :o). Ryan worked really well to get a great trade-in value for the 2013 Honda for us. After the sale and once in finance I liked Steve's approach to not try to up-sell any add on's that I told him in the beginning that I was not interested in. I didn't mind paying a few dollars extra financing through them due to the positive experience overall. Would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a Honda!
